The M Clinic is a free, peer-based, non-judgemental, confidential clinic.
All clinic tests include HIV, syphilis, hepatitis, gonorrhoea and chlamydia.

No appointment necessary. Medicare card required for pathology.

Saturday Morning Testing Clinic
Free, confidential, non-judgemental medicare based clinic open Saturday mornings- 9.00am to 12.30pm.
Tests include HIV, Syphilis, Hepatitis, Gonorrhoea & Chlamydia

Call for an appointment, or just drop in, it’s that simple!

Sauna Sexual Health Service

featalguy.jpgLocated within Perth Steam Works this service provides sexual health education and confidential and anonymous testing for sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and blood borne viruses (BBVs).

The clinic is open on Mondays  3-5pm & 7-9pm. Call 9482 0000 to find out more.

As this is an anonymous service you do NOT have to give your real name however we do request your true date of birth. Consultations with the Doctor occur on a first come first serve basis and all clients who want blood tests must meet with the Educator before seeing the Doctor.

A full sexual health check-up can take up to 25 minutes. You can have blood tests for; HIV, Hepatitis A, B & C and Syphilis. Tests for Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea may require a urine sample, throat and anal swabs depending on your sexual activity. Please do not urinate for 2 hours prior to attending the clinic.

  • Free of charge
  • Sexuality sensitive service and respectful of diversity
  • Must have medicare card
  • Please do not urinate for 2 hours before attending the clinic
  • Phone 9482 0000 or email bbradstreet@waaids.com for an appointment
  • Includes test discussion, clients decide on what tests they do, or do not want to have.

If you would prefer to see a GP but don’t yet have one phone WAAC- 9482 0000 for a list of GPs who are very experienced in sexual health and are sexuality sensitive.

The Project X Team from the Gay/MSM Program at the WA AIDS Council adopts a peer education model in our health promotion, outreach and education.
